America Roadtrip / Palm Springs

Our final stop (booo) on our roadtrip of the USA was the beautiful Palm Springs. We stopped here just 3 nights but managed to fit a fair bit in. We stayed in a great tiki inspired place called Caliente Tropics, a short (free) hopper bus ride into town. We looked up looked up some past homes of the stars (the one early in the post with a black and white striped canopy was Marilyn Monroe’s Palm Springs home), visited the Cabazon Dinosaurs, took a trip to Pioneertown, and browsed the general Palm Springs pastel prettiness.

I hope you guys enjoyed seeing a bit of our travels.  It was such an amazing couple of weeks, looking back through the photos I realised we really did do well with how much we managed to fit in in such a short amount of time. Still, there were somethings we’d still have liked to have done/seen but didn’t get round to it so I’d love to go back again, maybe after crossing some other places off the list that are out that way, like San Francisco!

If you missed any places, you can find all the different stops here – America Roadtrip
